Travel Program Expertise, On Demand

Travel PMO supports corporate and government travel programs with expert advisory across travel technology, procurement, and TMC oversight. We augment internal teams during high-impact initiatives — bringing discipline, insight, and confidence to complex challenges.

Our Approach

Expert Augmentation for Complex Travel Programs

Travel PMO operates as an extension of your internal travel, and procurement teams — providing senior-level expertise when complexity, scale, or change exceeds day-to-day capacity.

We do not staff or replace internal teams.

  • We step in during high-impact initiatives such as technology evaluations and transitions, sourcing and procurement events, program redesigns, and performance or governance challenges — bringing structure, clarity, and experienced leadership.

  • Our role is to support informed decision-making, reduce risk, and strengthen program outcomes — while preserving internal ownership.

Independent by Design

Travel PMO is intentionally system and supplier agnostic.

We do not resell, implement, or receive incentives from technology providers, travel management companies, or suppliers. Our recommendations are grounded solely in what best supports your travel program, stakeholders, operating model, and long-term objectives.

This independence allows us to provide clear, unbiased guidance — particularly when decisions carry material, financial, or operational impact.

How We Work

A Disciplined, Practical Approach

  • Assess the current state across technology, vendors, policy, and data

  • Align stakeholders around objectives, roles, and success measures

  • Advise on options, trade-offs, and recommendations

  • Support execution alongside your team

  • Transition knowledge and ownership back to the organization

Our Team

Deep Experience. Practical Leadership. Trusted Expertise.

Our team brings hands-on experience designing, implementing, and governing some of the world’s most complex travel programs. We have led large-scale initiatives spanning market research, procurement, source selection, and global rollout — including travel programs supporting millions of travelers worldwide.

Our experience includes consolidating multiple legacy platforms and vendors across Travel & Expense, Meetings & Events, TMCs, Duty of Care, Reporting, and Ongoing Training — often in highly regulated, enterprise, and government environments.

We are practitioners first. Our team has held leadership roles across corporate travel programs, travel technology providers, and large-scale program management initiatives — giving us the perspective to advise effectively and integrate seamlessly with internal teams.

In-person and remote options

Travel PMO is headquartered in the New York and serves U.S.-based Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations nationwide. Our team is located through the U.S.

Our work is delivered primarily through a remote partnership model, allowing us to support clients efficiently, consistently, and without unnecessary disruption. This approach reflects how modern travel programs operate — distributed, technology-enabled, and outcome-focused.

When an initiative benefits from in-person collaboration — such as key workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, sourcing events, or critical milestones — we work closely with our clients to plan and coordinate onsite engagement at their location.

Our team has successfully designed, implemented, and stabilized some of the most complex travel programs in the market entirely through remote execution, with selective onsite support when it adds value.

Advisory Services

Expert Support for Complex Travel Programs

Travel PMO provides independent strategic advisory, decision support and program leadership advisory across the full lifecycle of enterprise travel programs. We partner with internal teams to solve complex challenges, lead high-impact initiatives, and strengthen governance — without replacing existing ownership.

Our services are modular and engagement-based, allowing organizations to bring in expertise exactly when and where it is needed.

Our Focus

Travel PMO is purpose-built for strategic advisory and decision support. We focus our work where independent perspective and senior-level expertise deliver the greatest value.

To maintain that focus:

  • We operate as advisors, not staffing or managed-services providers

  • We remain independent from technology platforms and suppliers

  • We do not perform transactional travel operations

  • We work alongside internal teams and partners — not in place of them

This approach allows us to provide clear, unbiased guidance on complex decisions — and to step back once programs are positioned for success.

  • Independent Advisory Across the Travel Technology Ecosystem

Travel PMO provides system-agnostic advisory support across the full travel technology landscape. We help organizations evaluate, select, and optimize the technologies that best support their travel program — without bias toward any platform, provider, or solution.

Our focus is on aligning technology decisions with policy, operating model, risk profile, and long-term program objectives — not promoting tools.

    • Identification of structural or governance gaps
